be released in September 2010 by Kiwi Publishing. The manuscript is in production and review copies will be sent out shortly.

Hi Patricia – Thanks for checking in. I do plan to make a call for submissions in 2012. I am working on a proposal and hope to have information out sometime in the first half 2012.
